Running macro in Word with arguments

Hey,

unfortunately in forum I only found how to run in Excel macro with arguments.

clear(macroArgs) 
put(macroArgs, "Macro", NAMEOFMACRO) 
put(macroArgs, "Arg1", ARGUMENT1) // Optional 
put(macroArgs, "Arg2", ARGUMENT2) // Optional 
// ... up to maximum of "Arg30" 
oleMethod(oleExcel, "Run", macroArgs)

I tried this for Word but it doesn't work and is it possible to get a return value?

My approach:

Sub test(ByRef result As String)
    result = "worked"
End Sub
